We have finished a complete redesign of the web pages to provide users with more features and search
functions. We will continue
to update the database with new organisms (Oryza sativa indica
cultivar-group will be ready soon), and we will continue to add new protein groups
to provide a comprehensive view of the chromatin proteome in plants, animals and fungi.
Please contact us with your suggestions,
comments, corrections, etc.
We are introducing two new features for the homepage: “Chromatin Researcher Spotlight” where we
focus on a prominent chromatin researcher and “
ChromDB Protein Group Spotlight” where we provide an overview of a particular
chromatin group in the database. The ChromDB Protein Group Spotlight will be
introduced with the next update. Each Spotlight feature will change every six weeks;
links to archived materials will be available from the homepage.
