The RNAi vectors have been deposited at ABRC; they are not available through the ChromDB database.
TO ORDER PLASMIDS: The ABRC stock number is a hot link that will bring up the TAIR order page for each vector. You will be directed to the TAIR website and the TAIR vector page for the plasmid of interest. At the bottom left side of this new page, there is a button "Order from ABRC". Click on this button which brings up a login page. If you are a registered community user at TAIR, type in your information and proceed to the ordering instructions. If you are not registered at TAIR, click on the "Register as a new TAIR user" (this link is within the sentence "If your personal profile does not exist in our database, Register as a new TAIR user). This will enable you to register as a new TAIR user and order the plasmid.
Each plasmid name is a hot link that brings up a restriction enzyme map of the plasmid, as well as a text file of the sequence and a Gene Construction Kit file (http://www.textco.com).
